	The DIMMA complex of Seaside Apts & Studios for rent, is situated about 2 miles to the west of the coastal resort of Paphos, in Cyprus, near the TOMBS OF THE KINGS, past the Venus Beach Hotel - Aliceland Restaurant, left from the Chloraka tourist road close to AKTI and PAFIA PARK HOTELS, 500M from the SEA.

For your comfort and enjoyment, at the DIMMA, we have Apartments & Studios maisonettes, APTS & STUDIOS, a private swimming pool, and a cosy ROMANTIC DIMMA BAR complete with SATELITE SKY SPORT TV. you can enjoy your sports....

Each of our holiday homes is fully equipped with NEW LUXURY FURNISHING, air-conditioning, colour T.V., refrigerator, cooker, Microwave, Toaster and Electric Boiler (Kettle). The houses have a very big sitting room, large kitchen, balcony, veranda, 2 WCs (upstairs & downstairs) and a bathroom with a shower. The houses beautiful gardens with a beautiful green lawns with trees and flowers.

All HOUSES & APTS have a sea view. The standard of equipment provided is what you would expect from such an exclusive holiday. Bed linen is changed once a week. Launderette service available.

Due to our location we can provide you with a peaceful and friendly setting. We are only 450m away from the beach and the small boating haven of Chloraka.

Here you can enjoy the beach. How about a little fishing; etc. There is a local bus service nearby.

We are only 5 minutes from Paphos. Here you may want to wander around the shops or seek out a bargain in the main open air market.

As a goodwill gesture a small welcome pack of groceries (milk, bread etc) is provided on your arrival.

For those who want to leave the shops behind Kato (lower) Paphos is just the place. Take a stroll around the OLD HARBOUR with its ancient castle, the famous MOSAICS and Traditional Fishing Boats.

If you want a taste of real Cyprus then go West. After about a 20 minute drive you will find yourself amongst the famous AKAMAS MOUNTAINS and seaside, AVAKAS GORGE, APHRODITE’S Baths, ADONIS Falls and of course the TURTLES at LARA BAY.

On the way home to DIMMA why not stop by Coral Bay (It’s only 10mins away). See the beautiful sandy beach. Within easy walking distance from the DIMMA, but not within earshot, you will find local bars, traditional Cypriot restaurants, and other delights. The list is endless but sadly this brochure isn’t. So, all we can say is, come and join us at the DIMMA for a holiday that you will always want to remember, until hopefully you come to see us again.
